The Relaxers – the people around us who are most relaxed – tend to have become that relaxed by working at relaxation, and that usually means implementing various habits and applying various ideas, over time.
So this training in ‘The Habits of The Relaxers’ builds up over time:
from the observation that The Relaxers do think about relaxation a lot,
to a quality that they’ve cultivated over time of not bothering so much,
to the way they have slow down their daily lives (how they ‘Take Their Time’ and manage to ‘Stand and Stare’)
to some of the techniques they’ve turned into habits, like breathing,
to the way they use taking photographs to stay present.
So it is worth absorbing this training over time - and you will have lifetime access.
Listen to an episode and then try out that habit over a week or so.
Or, if you prefer, over a lifetime or so…
Especially the Nice Cup of Tea one 😊
This, in the end, is your SLOW, step-by-step guide to becoming a RELAXER yourself.
