Gaia is a psycho-bodily therapist with more than 20 years of experience supporting people 1-to-1, on retreats and in groups, around the world.  Her training spans Somatic Experiencing (nervous system regulation and trauma healing), NARM (related to developmental trauma), energy work, breathwork, Hypnotherapy and Part Therapy.

As well as the evidence-based therapeutic work that Gaia uses, she supports the magic that occurs when people reconnect to their true and full selves (her 'BEING ME THERAPY’).  And it is this dance of science-based therapy with energetic / ‘magic’ work – all on the dancefloor of the revolutionary idea that problems can be solved by being more ourselves – that both sets Gaia’s therapeutic approach apart from others’ and makes it so fulfilling and effective.
