This training in How to Relax in Times of Trouble is taken from a webinar that Gaia and I did a while back, containing perennially powerful ideas and wisdom about what to do in difficult times.
As you’ll discover, the need for this was very present for me at the time, as I’d gone through a particularly difficult winter, health-wise, before the summer when this was recorded. During that difficult period, I and Gaia developed these various ideas to help me get through in one piece.
