At the heart of Gaia’s ‘Being Me Therapy’ is a powerful idea:
that we can resolve many of our problems by being more ourselves.
It sounds simple (and rather attractive). And it can be simple.
But, given that most people don’t know when they’re operating from Adaptive Behaviours, one of the first steps is to get to know what they look like, and where they’re coming from.
And that’s what this course is all about. You’ll learn, in depth, the five Adaptive Mechanisms, and what a journey it will:
aided by the wonderful animated videos (audio by Gaia and animations by Anne Van Den Berg).
